Founded in 1978 by La Société Saint-Pierre with the financial support of DEVCO, Les Trois Pignons is primarily a cultural and information centre. It is situated at the entrance of Chéticamp harbour and plays a vital role in the economic, social, cultural and intellectual development of this Acadian community.

The museum showcases hundreds of antiquities reflecting daily life during the settlement of Chéticamp. Prominent in the exhibits are examples of tools and demonstrations of techniques used by the world-renown Chéticamp rug hookers.

Guided tours available. Bilingual staff. Open daily 9am-5pm, May 15 to October 15 (July and August, daily 9am-7pm), Admission charged.
